Helping high-achieving women stop over-adapting to systems that were never built for them
Strategic, trauma-informed coaching to strengthen executive function, develop sustainable systems, and create a life for who and where you are now.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
You’re smart, capable, and driven — and yet daily life still feels harder than it should.
You’re managing a lot on the outside, while internally feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself.
You’ve learned how to function by over-adapting.
You push through, adjust, and meet expectations, even when the systems around you don’t actually work for how you do.
You’ve tried system after system that seems to work for everyone else —but not for you.

And the truth is: it’s not that you’re broken.
You’re trying to survive inside structures that were never built with you in mind.
You deserve support that’s built around you —not something you have to contort yourself to fit into.
What to Expect
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach or a rigid program to keep up with.
Our work is collaborative, paced, and responsive to what’s actually happening in your life.
We start by understanding how you think, how you function, and where things feel harder than they should — then we build sustainable support that fits you.
The goal is clarity, steadiness, and systems that make daily life feel more manageable.

Our work together may include:
-
Supporting executive function with practical tools for focus, follow-through, and energy.
-
Creating supportive systems that reduce friction and don’t rely on pressure, shame, or constant self-monitoring.
-
Rebalancing effort and capacity so responsibility feels more sustainable and less exhausting.
-
Building flexible structure and rhythms that support consistency without rigidity or burnout.
-
Clarifying communication and boundaries so needs are expressed clearly, without over-explaining.

This work is both reflective and practical. We pay attention to patterns, context, and nervous system capacity — while also focusing on tools you can actually use in daily life.
There’s no expectation to fix yourself, perform progress, or push beyond what your system can support.
The goal is life that feels more doable, less draining, and easier to move through with confidence and self-trust.
About Amanda

I work with high-achieving women who are capable, thoughtful, and deeply self-aware — and still find that daily life feels harder than it should.
My work has been shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I hold a background in psychology and counseling, and I’ve spent years working across non-profit, corporate, and coaching spaces. More importantly, I understand what it’s like to live inside systems that don’t fit — and how exhausting it can be to keep adapting yourself to make them work.
Today, my approach blends trauma-informed coaching, executive function support, and nervous-system awareness. Together, we focus on building clarity, sustainable structure, and practical support that fits who you are — not who you’re supposed to be.
This work isn’t about fixing you or pushing through. It’s about creating a way of living and working that feels steadier, more supportive, and more livable over time.
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel seen, respected, and supported at their own pace. That belief is at the center of everything I do.
